see differently.
love your vision.
IndieOptics wants to help you see differently.
We’re on a mission to keep eyecare independent and focused on patient outcomes. Every patient is different, every eye is unique, and each pair of glasses brings someone’s journey into focus.
We’re passionate about accessibility, education, and equitable care. That’s why we focus on patient education, career skill development, and offer consultative support to providers.

Answers to commonly asked questions
Quick answers to some common questions. If you still have questions, please reach out via our contact page. We try to respond the same day.
What services do you offer individuals not associated with eyecare?
We provide personal style consults, help you understand your vision and insurance benefits, and connect you with providers.
We are setting up workshops for free community education. Topics will range from career interest to general patient education to identifying an emergency.
We have big hopes for the future and hope to provide cost assistance to make eyecare and eyewear more accessible, as well as exam support for those that need someone with them.
Do you provide assistance or resources for getting exams or eyewear?
We hope to offer that soon! We are working on a program we are calling SightFunds (stay tuned). In the meantime, we can connect you with providers, help you understand ocular diagnoses or treatments, and translate your insurance benefits to easy-to-understand terms.
What are SightFunds?
SightFunds are pre-gifted funds or donations that are reserved to pay for services for people in need. These funds are prioritized for individuals who are low-income, disabled, or marginalized.
What can you offer providers that they don’t already have?
Put simply, a system of support and care to reach their vision. We don’t desire to buy your practice or take over your operations. And we don’t want to add to your overhead or minimize margins. When providers thrive, patients feel the difference.
Some of the things we can do are:
– optimizing operations
– supporting management with implementation and changes
– order management
– a better lab experience
– optician training
– onboarding training
– patient-centered sales training
– team alignment
